The data are explored to recognize which parameters may be significant and impactful on the production process of the plant and system under consideration. For this, graphs, and models such as: boxplot, ANOVA, PCA, Cluster Analysis, t-SNE.
Construction and validation of ML and AI models, specific according to the tasks to be addressed (classification, regression, predictive maintenance, process control, process scheduling, etc.).
In-plant commissioning of the developed and validated models. Once built, the models will be able to predict the outputs of interest independently on real-time data and adapt over time to new data being collected and processed.
Construction of ad hoc developed dashboards (DataBloom’s core business) for easy and user-friendly visualization of the models built and processes under consideration.
